How much does it cost?
Completely free during the beta. No credit card required. When we introduce paid plans, early supporters will get a founding-member rate.
Does PlayTimeSplit handle the payments?
No — and that's intentional. We calculate who owes what and show each person a clear summary. You settle directly with your crew via Venmo, PayPal, cash, or however you prefer.
Do my friends need an account to join?
No. Share a link and your crew can RSVP instantly. Only the event organiser needs an account to create and manage splits.
What currencies are supported?
We support any currency — you choose the currency when you create an event. Multi-currency events within a single group are on the roadmap.
When will the mobile apps be available?
iOS is next on the roadmap after the web launch. Android follows shortly after. Pre-registering ensures you hear the moment either drops.
Can I use PlayTimeSplit for non-sport events?
Absolutely. Dinner with colleagues, a weekend trip, a house party — any shared-cost event works. The sports focus is just where we started.
